Great community! Management is very professional and always on time. I highly recommend this community. It's really outstanding. High quality all the way around. I have recommended it to friends and they are happy too.
Overall it's amazing, I loved all the trees I love how tentative the management team is. I really like how it's kinda tucked away from the main road. I also like how nice and friendly the neighbors are to each other
I enjoy living here. I moved here since August 2018 and my experience has been good. If there's a maintenance issue, they'll quickly get it done. The leasing agent Kay and the whole staff is great and very professional. The community is quiet and safe. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in the Marietta area. It is also very affordable.
